Jim Reisch
Jim Reisch is the Managing Broker at Reisch Sansone Properties. His career in real estate began in 1997 with a concentration on land acquisition and disposition. He opened his own firm in 2003, and the operation quickly expanded to all facets of commercial real estate including development, acquisition, disposition, consulting, leasing, 1031 Exchanges, and property management.
St. Charles and St. Louis Counties boast several new businesses and residential communities as a result of Jim’s development work, including Regions Bank, Kitaro Restaurant, Wendy’s, Jiffy Lube, multiple Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinics, as well as commercial retail and office buildings. Throughout his career Jim has added value to his client’s property through his development experience, knowledge of zoning, permitting, financial incentives, and budgeting.
As Principal of Reisch Development and Construction Services, Jim has provided construction management over multiple complete building renovations, four United States Veterans Administration out-patient clinic projects, as well as multiple tenant finish projects, including retail, professional office, spas, restaurants, physician offices, churches and hospitals. The company also has a proven track record of municipality construction management, overseeing street and sewer projects, as well as demolition.
Jim has successfully driven several large-scope projects and his experience includes but is not limited to partnering with city officials in the master planning of communities and streetscapes, development of retail shopping centers and free-standing service facilities, complete building renovations, ground up build, as well as leasing and sales of commercial real estate. His expertise in land acquisition, environmental remediation, and development, as well as customer care exceeding expectations, has established him as a respected businessman in multiple communities.
